TigKid Prints is operated by Lance Clifford trading as TigKid Prints, a sole trader based at 73A Wellington Road, Bilston, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV14 6AY. You can contact us at tigkidprints@gmail.com.

2. These terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when a consumer buys goods from the TigKid Prints website. They should be read alongside our Delivery & Collection, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that you have under consumer law and which cannot legally be excluded.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Because many TigKid Prints products are 3D printed, minor layer lines, small manufacturing marks and slight colour differences can be normal characteristics of the process. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, of unsatisfactory quality or does not match its description.

Product colours can also appear slightly different on different screens.

4. Prices

The price shown on the website when you place the order is the price that applies, subject to obvious pricing errors. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before payment.

If a genuine pricing error is discovered before we accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a refund.

5. Placing an order and formation of the contract

When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the listed goods. The order is subject to availability and successful payment. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine stock, payment, pricing, fraud, legal or fulfilment problem.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.

6. Payment

Online card payments are processed through Stripe. We do not intend to store full card details in our own product database.

7. Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you. We may offer a suitable alternative, revised timescale or refund, but we will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2–5 working days. Current UK delivery charges are:

• £3.99 for qualifying small parcels;
• £5.99 for qualifying large parcels;
• free UK delivery when the order subtotal reaches £35.

Full details are set out on our Delivery & Collection page. Unless another period is agreed with you, delivery will take place without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.

9. Local collection

Where offered at checkout, local collection is free. We will arrange the collection details after the order is placed and will confirm when the order is ready.

10. Cancellation and returns

Standard goods bought online normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning after delivery. After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

11. Personalised and custom-made goods

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right normally does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Custom and personalised goods are still covered by your statutory rights if they are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of consumer law.

12. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known where the law requires it, and as described. If there is a problem, contact us at tigkidprints@gmail.com.

Your legal remedies may include rejection and refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and the applicable consumer law.

13. Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

14. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control where the law allows this. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed where an order is affected. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to excessive delay, are not excluded.

15. Website content and intellectual property

TigKid Prints branding, original site text and original photographs are owned by TigKid Prints or used with permission. Third-party names, characters, designs and other rights remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing on the website transfers those rights to a customer.

16. Privacy

Information about how we use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply to them under consumer law.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are the terms in force when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
